Possibly the best and nice stay for a two day business trip. Good sized unit with the garden and excellent beds. A good choice of FABULOUS food at breakfast time. Very convenient area, central location just next door to Australia, restaurants and coffee shops and the Edward Lodge.

Location was perfect for our trip Nice rooms+facilities Friendly atmosphere Ease of parking!! Quaint little place,I'd stay here again.
Breakfast was rubbish ( It's a bed & breakfast ticket afterall!) What looked like?Guest computer facilities in the communal area, appeared to be broken.

The location was incredible and stunning, around 10-15 minutes walk from the Entrance Heritage Walk. Shopping centres and boutiques were right next door.

I had a pleasant two-day business trip at Edward Lodge New Farm. the staff was efficient and consistently helpful. the stunning location made exploring the New Farm district enjoyable, with shopping centres and boutiques just a short walk away. the restaurant served excellent food, and we enjoyed some amazing dishes.

proximity to transport into Brisbane. Situated in a good and pleasant area.
Some of the facillities were dated and needed repair. For instance when I closed the bathroom door ( a sliding one) the metal bar over the top of the door fell onto my upper arm and apart from being very painful the large bruise has only recently faded, three weeks later.Owner not too apologetic.

our second stay in brisbane was truly amazing. edward lodge new fam exceeded our expectations with a peaceful and comfy room, easy access to public transport, and a very clean environment. we were extremely impressed and would definitely book again.
No communal sitting area available.

The location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants, a park, and ferry access nearby, along with some great cafes and shops. the room is really nice, especially the bathroom, which has a good shower and a hairdryer. the facilities are great! 😊.
